Accuracy of Information:

You confirm that all information provided for your order is accurate and complete. This includes, but is not limited to, names, dates, addresses, and any other personalized details.

No Proofs Provided:
To ensure the speedy processing of your order, we do not send proofs for approval. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.

Nonrefundable:
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Damaged Items or Errors:

If your item arrives damaged or if there is a mistake on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we will promptly address it.
